Your satisfaction is assured. We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Online purchases are eligible for a refund or exchange, while items bought from a store dealer can be exchanged only. Gifted items are also eligible for exchange or return.

Following the successful inspection of the returned item, we will confirm the issuance of your credit note (for exchanges) or the initiation of your refund, depending on your original purchase method and preference.
