Je Inspi crafts its products from a variety of high-quality materials, including 18kt gold, 14kt gold, 925 sterling silver, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and cords. We carefully select each material, ensuring ethical and sustainable sourcing, and all diamonds are conflict-free.

Yes, all diamonds weighing 1.00 carats or more are certified by GIA (https://www.gia.edu) or IGI (https://www.igi.org), the industry's most reputable and trusted gemological laboratories. To ensure your peace of mind, the certificate(s)/report(s) number will be included on your invoice, enabling you to independently verify and download the certificate from the respective laboratory's website.

Absolutely. All jewellery items are certified by SGL (https://sgl-labs.com) or IGI (https://www.igi.org). This provides dual confirmation of your product's authenticity, in addition to the diamond certification where applicable. To ensure your peace of mind, the certificate(s)/report(s) number will be included on your invoice, enabling you to independently verify and download the certificate from the respective laboratory's website.

Store each piece individually in a soft pouch, the original Je Inspi packaging, or a jewelry box with compartments to avoid scratches.
Make sure chains are closed and lying flat to avoid tangling.
Avoid storing multiple pieces together without protective separation.
Protection from environmental influences:
Keep jewelry away from intense heat and extreme temperature fluctuations.
Avoid contact with cosmetics and household chemicals, as these can cause discoloration.
Remove jewelry before exercising, showering, or sleeping.
Remove jewelry before any activity that could damage it, such as exercising, cooking, or gardening.
Cleaning:
Polish gold jewelry regularly with a soft polishing cloth to maintain its shine.
You can clean diamond-studded jewelry (without cords) yourself:
Brush it gently with a very soft brush in lukewarm soapy water (with a pH-neutral soap).
Rinse it thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Dry it with a soft cloth.
It is advisable to have your jewelry checked, cleaned and revitalized by a professional once a year.
Silver care:
Silver jewelry is often electroplated to prevent tarnishing, but this coating wears off over time.
Silver can tarnish through contact with air, sulfur, cosmetics, chlorine or sweat.
Because silver is a soft metal, it is prone to scratches.
Clean silver jewelry with special cleaning cloths, baths or pastes.
Store silver jewelry in a suitable box when not in use.
Diamond care:
Although diamonds are durable, they can be damaged by hard impacts or extreme temperature changes.
Remove diamond-studded jewelry before doing housework or exercising.
Household oils and creams can dull the shine of a diamond.
Ultrasonic cleaning can be used to restore diamonds' luster. This should be performed by a professional jeweler.

Scratches can occur when two pieces of jewelry are worn in close proximity. Friction between rings worn side by side or between stones within the same ring can cause visible scratches on the surface or edges of the stone.

Everyday Practices:
Magnetic fields can interfere with accuracy. Therefore, keep your watch away from devices like smartphones and computers.
To prevent scratches, wearing other bracelets on the same wrist is not advisable.
Damage can occur during sleep, so it's best to remove your watch at night.
High-impact sports, such as golf and tennis, can cause vibrations that harm the movement. Avoid wearing your watch during such activities.
Fluctuations in temperature and humidity, such as those found in saunas, should be avoided.
For automatic mechanical watches, a Je Inspi specialist should ensure proper bracelet fitting to guarantee optimal winding.
Regardless of water resistance, a soft, dry cloth is ideal for cleaning.
Concerning Water Resistance:
Prior to water exposure, verify the crown is fully secured.
Underwater operation of chronograph pushers, minute repeaters, or second time zone functions is prohibited.
Rinsing with fresh water after swimming is crucial to remove salt or chlorine residue.
Complication Watch Specifics:
Due to their intricate design, watches with complications require extra care.
Magnetic fields can disrupt the movement; therefore, avoid exposure.
Time and date adjustments must be handled with care:
Adjustments during active striking mechanisms or perpetual calendars should never occur.
Follow the movement's specific time and date adjustment periods.
Gear damage can result from date changes between 10 PM and 2 AM (or 8 PM and 2 AM for some).
Forcing the crown during winding should be avoided when resistance is felt.
Underwater use of pushers, bolts, or correctors is prohibited for chronograph and minute repeater watches.
Vibration damage can occur during high-vibration activities; therefore, avoid wearing the watch.
To prevent oil drying, wind the watch approximately a dozen turns during periods of non-use.

Therefore, the total delivery time is approximately 15-20 business days. Custom-made or personalized pieces may take 3-4 weeks. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us for assistance. We offer free and insured shipping within the EU and cover all costs until your package is delivered. However, please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility and vary depending on the address.

Yes, you can specify different billing and shipping addresses during checkout to send your order as a gift. Please also email us to request the removal of price tags.

We deliver to home and work addresses where packages can be handed over directly. We do not ship to military addresses, restricted areas, collection points, or PO boxes. You can also pick up your order at our store in Linz.

Your Je Inspi order will be elegantly packaged in our gift ribbon wrapping and delivered in a specially designed box, accompanied by a Je Inspi shopping bag. The packaging is designed to accommodate multiple jewellery items. Your package will also include your ordered items, jewellery and diamond certificates (if applicable), an invoice, a gift card, and may contain a complimentary surprise card, voucher, or gift.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, a request must be submitted through our service portal within 15 days of receiving your Je Inspi item. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all protective materials, invoices, certificates (if applicable), packaging, tags, and stickers. Any free items received must also be returned. Je Inspi reserves the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration. Engraved, embossed, modified, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Online purchases may be returned for an exchange or refund, while purchases from a retailer are eligible for exchange only. The right to return or exchange under this policy is limited to the original transaction resulting from an order. Any item that has previously been returned or exchanged is not eligible for subsequent return or exchange. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy for full details.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund for online purchases, please complete the request form on our service portal within 15 days of receiving your item. It's important to note that returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed using the original purchase method. Therefore, online orders must be returned online, and items bought at a store dealer can only be exchanged at that specific store. Store dealer purchases are not eligible for refunds.
If you purchased your item online, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number via email. Subsequently, our team will arrange a carrier pickup for the return shipment. Upon arrival at our facility, the returned item(s) will undergo a mandatory quality control inspection, which typically takes 7-10 working days. Following a successful inspection, you will receive an email confirming either a credit note for exchanges or the initiation of your refund.
For exchange requests, you will use the provided credit note to place a new order. For refund requests, the credited amount will be processed within 7-10 working days. Please be aware that for both exchanges and refunds, the costs of original shipping and return shipping, along with associated insurance, will be subtracted from the credit note or refund. No refunds are offered for in-store returns. However, you may exchange your item for another item or receive a credit note for the purchase value, redeemable within a timeframe specified by the store. To initiate an exchange, please submit a request through our service portal with all required details within 15 days of purchase. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions to visit the original store. Upon arrival, the item will undergo a quality control inspection. If all conditions are met, store staff will assist you with the exchange or issue a credit note.

Je Inspi offers five years of complimentary services, limited to the first five services performed, for all Je Inspi products. This includes:
Products inspection
Shining and polishing
Cleaning
Stone and prong setting maintenance
Rhodium plating (On silver with white color only)
Important Conditions:
The complimentary service period ends after either the first five services are completed or five years from the purchase date, whichever occurs first.
Any modifications, alterations, or resizing of your Je Inspi products will void the complimentary free service agreement. This service is exclusively for the original, unaltered Je Inspi products.
Services NOT included in the complimentary offer are: resizing, engraving, and any alterations to the original design.
Complimentary services must be accessed through the original purchase channel. If you purchased your products at a Je Inspi store, you must visit or return to that specific store for these services.
For online purchases, you must ship your products to our designated Linz address. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with sending your products for complimentary free service.

We recommend annual jewelry maintenance. Check the following:

Moving stone settings (recognizable by rattling or snagging on fabric)
If you have any concerns, have your jewelry checked.

Watches require regular cleaning due to the drying out of oil. A function check every five years is recommended. Service may be required sooner if the watch runs fast or slow. Mechanical watches should be wound regularly, even when not being worn.

Polishing removes scratches, but a thin layer of metal is removed. We recommend:
Maximum two polishes for white gold watches
Maximum of three polishes for colored gold watches
